At Trufflebert Farm we maintain a simple philosophy - we are devoted to growing, harvesting,
and distributing the finest natural Hazelnuts available...anywhere. All of our orchards are Certified 100% Organic by Oregon Tilth, and we take great pride
in our chemical-free products. The current owners planted all of the trees and still nurture, harvest and distribute the
nuts. We sell directly to some of the very best chefs nationally and individuals who have found us via the web or word-of-mouth
and also value our organic hazelnuts.

The first three orchards were planted in 1983 by our families.
We decided to grow only the premium Ennis variety of hazelnuts, because of fuller flavor and increased size. We haven't
been disappointed, receiving many comments from customers about the unique flavor and texture of our hazelnuts. Two
more orchards were planted in 1990 and today we have approximately 1900 trees spread over 26 acres. We are blessed with
the most productive and reliable natural springs in our area of the Lorane Valley, which provides water for the trees
when rainfall is insufficient (a rare occurrence in Oregon).
